James Allen Foster handed away peacefully Friday, December tenth, 2021, after struggling a stroke in May 2020. Jim was born December thirtieth, 1942, in Elba, Alabama to Tommy & Dell Foster. He graduated highschool in 1960 and instantly joined the United States Air Force, graduating boot camp in San Antonio, TX. He married Joyce Mathis on September sixteenth, 1962, whereas stationed at Barkesdale Air Force Base in Bossier City, LA.
