Columbia’s largest Department Store has stopped selling certain iPhone models to comply with the Court’s Ban

On Sunday Patently Apple posted a report titled “Apple’s 5G iPhones and iPads have been banned in Colombia after the Court granted Ericsson a uncommon Anti-Antisuit Injunction+.” Two days later and it was reported that Falabella, the largest South American Department Store chain has stopped selling certain iPhone models to comply with the latest court docket order.

Transmedia studies that “Due to the authorized dispute over patents between Apple and the agency Ericsson, which has requested a Colombian court docket to ban the sale of iPhone 11, iPhone 12 and 13 from that nation, a report by a contributor to our web site has shared with us the data that the Falabella retail chain, current in Colombia, Chile and Peru, has determined to cease selling them and take away them from its on-line web site.”

I attempted to contact Falabella’s service line at 600 329 2002 to affirm this report and to request a reply in writing or a hyperlink to a web site web page that denies prospects the capacity to buy an iPhone 11, 12 or 13. If you name or have proof of the ban at Falabella, please ship your data to: [email protected]
