The Marion County Board of Commissioners on Wednesday authorized an expanded contract to rent temporary therapists for the county’s Health and Human Services Department.

Commissioners unanimously authorized including $2.25 million to a contract with Gibraltar Medical Staffing, a Tennessee nursing company, to present temporary medical employees via January 2028. The new contract totals $2.75 million.
