The Council of Europe venture “Supporting Institutions to Combat Ill-Treatment in Ukraine”, applied from April 2020 until December 2021 is launching a tender name underneath the Council of Europe aggressive bidding process / one-off contract for the purchase of IT equipment (laptop {hardware}, software and supporting parts) for the State Bureau of Investigation educational online platform, initial and in-service trainings.
In that context, the Council of Europe is trying for suppliers of IT equipment that might meet technical necessities described in the Act of Engagement doc.

All mandatory paperwork needs to be submitted through e-mail to [email protected] with the following reference in topic line: Tender-IT equipment for the SBI. All paperwork, besides registration paperwork and monetary statements, needs to be submitted in English and failure to take action will lead to the exclusion from the tender.
