The Council of Europe venture “Supporting Institutions to Combat Ill-Treatment in Ukraine”, applied from April 2020 until December 2021, is re-launching a young name underneath the Council of Europe aggressive bidding process / one-off contract for the buy of IT gear (laptop {hardware}, software and supporting components) for the State Bureau of Investigation academic on-line platform, preliminary and in-service trainings.
In that context, the Council of Europe is trying for suppliers of IT gear that will meet technical necessities described in the Act of Engagement doc.

All mandatory paperwork must be submitted by way of electronic mail to [email protected] with the following reference in topic line: “Tender-IT gear for the SBI”.
